1. Laboratory Services: Our laboratory provides analytical and testing services for various industries and applications. We use scientifically accepted methods and procedures to perform accurate and reliable analyses.
2. Sample Submission: Samples submitted to the laboratory for analysis must be clearly labeled and accompanied by a completed submission form. The client is responsible for ensuring that samples are collected and shipped in accordance with applicable regulations.
3. Turnaround Time: We strive to complete the analysis of each sample as quickly as possible. However, the turnaround time may vary depending on the nature of the sample and the complexity of the analysis. We will provide an estimated turnaround time for each analysis upon request.
4. Reporting: The laboratory will provide a report detailing the results of each analysis. The report will include all relevant data, as well as an interpretation of the results. The client is responsible for reviewing the report and contacting the laboratory with any questions or concerns.
5. Payment: Payment for laboratory services is due upon receipt of the invoice. We accept various payment methods, including credit card, check, and wire transfer.
6. Confidentiality: The laboratory will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and test results. The laboratory serves not to disclose any data without the client’s permission, except as required by law.
7. Liability: The laboratory’s liability for any damage or losses arising from laboratory services is limited to the cost of the services provided. The laboratory will not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
8. Amendments: These terms and conditions may be amended by the laboratory as per NABL and other regulatory guidelines, and the client will be notified of the changes.
